Tom Nelson, Cartoonist, and wife, Sandra, his web designer, invite you to browse the website: Comic Strip Matinee.

Tom Nelson, who majored in art in college, has been drawing cartoons since childhood.
He has been published in Front Porch Monthly Magazine with his comic strips.

He was also published in Design Times, an office newsletter of the Richmond Times Dispatch in Richmond, Virginia.

His character, Penny, is featured in much of his work.
Tom and Sandra are published on Kindle with an Illustrated children's book entitled: Penny and Her Pals.
